My LimeLifer free shipping perk does not show on my retail account.

If you are a LimeLifer with Silver, Gold or Platinum status, you have earned a monthly Free Shipping Perk! 


When you are logged into your retail account and selecting your shipping at checkout, if you have not utilized your shipping credit for the month, the premium shipping option will show the price as $0.00


During your checkout process.....

  • If you are a Silver Lifer, Flat-rate (11-business day shipping) will show as $0.00
  • If you are a Gold Lifer, Regular (7-day business shipping) will show as $0.00
  • If you are a Platinum Lifer, Express shipping (4-business days) will show as $0.00. 

If your account only displays 1 shipping method, this is likely due to using a P.O. Box as the delivery address for your products.
