As an AmazeBox Subscriber, you can skip a month of your AmazeBox. To skip a month, the steps need to be completed at least 24 hours before your processing date.
To skip a month of your AmazeBox:
From Mobile Phone Browser:
- Log into your retail account
- In Account Settings, go to AmazeBox
- In AmazeBox Manager - click the upcoming Processing Date - this will take you to the option to click a Red “Cancel Subscription” button.
- In Account Settings, go to AmazeBox
From a web browser:
- Log into your retail account
- In Account Settings, go to AmazeBox
- In AmazeBox Manager - click the Red “Cancel Subscription” button.
- In Account Settings, go to AmazeBox
**These steps must be completed at least 24 hours before the recurring processing date.**
