If your AMAZEBOX order status is Canceled - there might be an issue with the card used for billing.
Please first, check the card and if necessary contact your bank to determine the reason the card did not process.
Next steps if your Amazebox order was canceled:
Step one: Update the card information saved on file for your AMAZEBOX by adding your card details as a new payment method.
- Please note! To update your card information - add the card as a NEW payment method. Editing the existing card on file will not update as needed.
Step two: Contact Customer Care and indicate the last four digits of the card you would like to use for processing your AMAZEBOX.
**Please note if this is an AMAZEBOX from a previous month we will not be able to charge your payment for the order. For example, if your June box payment was declined and the order was canceled, we cannot process the request in July.
