I have been a customer for a long time, why are none of my previous orders counting toward my Lifer status?

Our LimeLifer Program launched in the Summer of 2020, and prior to the LimeLifer Program, many retail customers participated in the Hostess Rewards program and purchasing products through a beauty guide's party link. Orders placed in a party are not eligible for the LimeLifer Program.

Have you attended an online or in-person party or beauty show with us?

If you have previously shopped with us through a party link, any previous orders that were part of a party will not count toward your LimeLifer Status.
