Updating your Amazebox Subscription shipping address is a quick process!
*Please note, changing the shipping address(es) in the Addresses / Saved Addresses section of your retail account will not update your Amazebox subscription shipping address.
Updating your Amazebox shipping address using a Desktop/Laptop Browser:
Sign in to your retail account -
- Account Settings
- Amazebox > Amazebox Subscription Manager
- Shipping Address
- Select Edit
- Add a new address and update your telephone number
- Click SAVE
- Add a new address and update your telephone number
- Select Edit
- Shipping Address
- Amazebox > Amazebox Subscription Manager
Updating your Amazebox shipping address using a Mobile Phone Browser:
Sign in to your retail account -
- Account settings
- Amazebox
- Select your processing date (upon clicking on the processing date, the page will expand to display the area with the shipping address)
- Edit Address
- Update telephone number
- Click SAVE
- Update telephone number
- Edit Address
- Select your processing date (upon clicking on the processing date, the page will expand to display the area with the shipping address)
- Amazebox
**Please note, to update your address, you will need to add a telephone number before clicking SAVE. After adding a telephone number with your newly updated shipping address, make sure to click SAVE.
