UPS SurePost® is a service where UPS transfers the package to the U.S. Postal Service to complete the delivery.
Delivery will be completed by the postal service within 2 days during normal operating conditions. Visit the U.S. Postal Service website for your delivery date. Track with the Postal Service Tracking ID found on ups.com in the Shipment Details section on the right.
If your order appears to be lost in transit or stolen, LimeLife by Alcone will start an investigation for the package delivered by the postal service. If you haven’t received it after the expected delivery date, please contact us.
